Kristin Taylor, CEO, a seasoned executive coach with a master's degree in psychology, brings a wealth of knowledge in stress resilience and leadership. For the past decade, she has served as a caregiver for her mother, giving her a deep, personal understanding of the challenges of social isolation and the need for purpose in later life. As a 55-year-old woman, she knows firsthand the vital role of social connection.

Ron Davis, CRO, is a technology and business veteran with 25 years of leadership experience, is dedicated to turning our vision into a reality. After witnessing the genuine need for co-housing among women of his generation, he committed his expertise in scaling successful businesses to make Maven Living's innovative model a success.

Liz Derrough, Advisor, is an expert in leadership coaching and operations, blends her professional skills with a deeply personal perspective. As a long-time caregiver for her mother with Alzheimer's, she understands the crucial balance between independence and community. Inspired by her dream of a "Golden Girls"-style home, she is driven to help create spaces where women can not only live but truly thrive together.
